- Books ship from Colorado in 2–3 business days, with tracking.
- Unread books can come back within 30 days.
- Arrived damaged? We replace it.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping: not yet.
When it ships
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. You get a tracking number by email the day your order goes out.

Damaged, lost or wrong
Email hello@createdbyclyde.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you. If tracking says delivered and it isn’t there, tell us and we’ll sort it out.
Returns
Changed your mind? Send back unread books in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is on you unless the mistake was ours.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Shipping is refunded when the problem was on our end.
